WDM Piyatissa became the third principal and he served as principal from 1992 to 1997.
A very special event was that our school, which started as Hena Para Junior College on January 2, 1963, was renamed as WP/Pili/ Lalith Athulathmudali College after the death of Mr. Lalith Athulathmudali, who was the Minister of Education at that time in 1963. It was an honor given to him. Also, this is the half we studied.With the passage of time, teacher Roger Mahaliana, who came to our school as the fourth principal, was a shining star. He did a great job for the development of the school and he held the position of Principal from 1997 to 2005.
As the fifth principal after the death of the principal Roger Mahaliana. H.W. W. Mr. Amarasena was appointed. He worked as the Principal for a short period of one year from 2005 to 2006.The sixth principal of our college was K.A.D.P.N. Ekanayake. He covered the work of the principal from 2006 to 2012.as the seventh principal. W. He became the teacher of the village and he covered the work of the principal from 2012 to 2015.
As the seventh principal. A.W. Gamage appointed and he covered the work of the principal from 2012 to 2015.Mr. Buddhika Attanayake, who became the eighth principal of our college, directed our school in a different direction by working as the principal from 2015 to 2017-2014. The Principal committed himself to improving the discipline and education of the school.
Kitmevan Nadith Jayaweera Sir was appointed as the ninth principal of our school. He did a great job for the betterment of the school.Lalith Atulathmudali College has done a great mission to produce Mudali sons with skills and knowledge in a modern world by providing a platform for the discipline education, aesthetic skills and sports skills of the students, by improving the education as well as academic and sports activities in a modern country.The principal's energy, courage, and dedication of time and effort took the initiative to build physical resources to the school mother for the success of the students.
